The fault is brake lights and turn signals inop. Steering column, flasher, and MC13 have been replaced. There is continuity and ohms reading good from behind the dash all the way to the steering column (traced by schematics). Now, when you turn the directional switch there is a shortage. Sparks are coming from the steering column turn switch. Wires are reading good and cant find the issue. Ground is good. Power is good. Circuit breakers are good.
Followed the step by step procedures in the MSD and it says to replace turn signal and hazard switch inside the steering column. Replaced it, and still the issue is there. Any one ever come across this issue?
