I would have never thought how very difficult some commands have made drivers training, it must be a reserve time management issue. I wish I would have keep all my info as a master driver, but I past it on to a motor Sgt and where that information is right now I would guess taking space up in a trash can. But I have been ask to assist with a sustainment training on Drivers training, so here is my question? Electronic load plan?? I do remember way back when there was a electronic version available, does anyone have any information on is it still available??
I do understand in every operators manual is a basic description on load plans, So when is the last time your unit did a load out practice?? I do also remember this was also a block of instruction under the 40hrs drivers training. So if anyone can assist with the electronic version I would appreciate it so much Thank you
